Built by people who know the ward.
Fracto is a training platform for medical devices, made in Regensburg. One founder is a paramedic and studies medicine. The other has built and run software companies for more than 25 years. Laurin looks after sales and customers, Lukas after the platform and its operation.

Laurin GerdesCEO & Co-founderStudies medicine at Heidelberg University, works as a paramedic and has built medical courses since 2020. Responsible for public presence, sales and customer relationships.
Lukas EbnerCTO/COO & Co-founderMore than 25 years of software development and company leadership. Founded a software company for the energy sector in 2009, ran it without investors for 13 years and sold it in 2022. Responsible for AI pipeline, platform and operations.
Stanislav PersiianenkoProduct DevelopmentFull-stack engineer and architect of the platform. He and Lukas have worked together since 2012 and co-founded Leadtime.
Why we build this
Behind every untrained user is a patient.
Laurin studies medicine and works as a paramedic. He has seen physicians stand in front of a device at night with nobody there to help them. Fracto brings the manufacturer's knowledge to the people at the bedside, in their language and before they need it.
