For training teams in hospitals

Every device briefing documented, without booking a room.

For nurse educators and medical device officers. You assign device courses, plan the briefing at the device and see who is briefed.

A nurse educator explains a patient monitor to two nurses at the bedside
01Shifts make briefing dates impossible.Half the team is on nights, the other half on leave, and the new monitor arrives next week.
02Every manufacturer, its own portal.Monitors from one, pumps from another, ventilators from a third, each with different logins.
03Proof sits in binders. When the inspection comes, someone pulls signatures together from binders and spreadsheets.

Assign it once. Every shift gets it.

You pick a group, a device course and a due date. Fracto tracks progress and shows who is still open.

Records

The proof is there before the audit asks.

Every completed course and every briefing at the device lands on the person’s record, with the date. When you need it, you export the record as a link that expires after a set time.

  • Online course and briefing on one record
  • Reminders for refreshers that are due
  • Export per person with expiry date

A nurse educator gives a short briefing on a patient monitor

Briefly at the device, the rest on the phone.

Online lessons prepare the team. The briefing at the bedside stays and gets shorter.

Online and on the ward, in one place.

You plan briefings at the device next to the online course. New colleagues find their courses waiting from day one.

Briefing at the device

Where the training arrives.

Manufacturers create the courses, partners bring them to you, and you make sure every colleague is briefed.

Fair questions from training teams.

Does this replace live device briefings?

No. Online lessons prepare people, the live briefing at the device stays. Fracto plans both and puts both on the same record.

Does this make us compliant with device regulations?

Fracto helps you plan and document briefings. Which briefing a device needs and who may give it is still decided by you and the manufacturer. Fracto is not legal advice.

Can we use the courses of our device manufacturers?

Yes, if a manufacturer provides its courses through Fracto. They then appear in your library, and your team learns devices from several manufacturers with one login.

How do colleagues log in?

With an invitation by email. They learn on their own phone or on a ward computer, with nothing to install.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in Germany. Details on hosting and data protection are on the security page.

Can we start with one ward?

Yes. Start with one ward or one device and add more once it works.
