The training platform built for medical devices.
From the manufacturer through distributors and hospitals to the nurse who has to operate the device safely.

Fracto for every role in device training.
Manufacturers create the course, distributors take it to their markets, hospitals brief their teams, and nurses learn at the device.
Your manual becomes a course.
Upload your instructions for use, slides or videos, and Fracto turns them into a structured course draft with knowledge checks. Every lesson shows its source.
- PDF, PowerPoint and video as source material
- Approve each language version separately
- Translate existing Articulate courses

Every distributor gets the course on the same day.
You release a course to regions and distributors and allocate licences. Distributors pass the courses on to the hospitals that buy their devices.
- A sales network of regions, distributors and hospitals
- Licences per distributor, more on request
- Reports by country and distributor

See who has been briefed on which device.
Nurse educators assign courses to wards and schedule the matching hands-on training at the device. Fracto sends reminders when refreshers are due, and the proof is ready for the next inspection.
- Required training with due dates for whole wards
- Online course and hands-on training in one record
- Courses from several manufacturers under one login

Nurses learn to operate a device between two patients.
Short lessons on the phone, in their own language. Anyone unsure at the device asks the tutor and gets an answer with the page reference from the instructions for use.
- Courses from every manufacturer in one place
- Certificate that can be verified by QR code
- On a phone or ward computer, nothing to install

Training happens where the device is used.
On the ward and in the ambulance, questions about operating a device tend to come up when no training session is in sight. With Fracto, the answer from the manufacturer's manual is on the phone.

Video production We can film your device videos for you.
When operation has to be shown in detail, we film at the device, record the voice-over in the languages you need and add the videos to your course.

Pricing A base price plus active learners, nothing per course.
You pay a base price for your organisation and an amount for each person who actually learns. The more people learn, the lower the price per person.

Security Platform and data stay in Germany.
We run Fracto ourselves on servers in Germany. Everyone sees only what their role allows, changes are logged, and we are preparing for ISO 27001 certification.
