- Final pitch on 27 March 2026.
- Certificate after nine months in the program.
- Looking for: contacts and advice on entering the US market.

A week between Santa Clara and San Francisco
The week was split between Santa Clara University and San Francisco. Workshops covered design thinking, selling to large companies and what investors look for. Between them came pitch practice with feedback from the mentors.
Why devices go unused
Laurin opened his pitch with something he saw in the emergency department: life-saving devices left unused because the staff had not been trained on them. Fracto turns instructions for use and manuals into short learning modules for each professional group and records who has completed them.

What Laurin was looking for
At the end he asked for introductions to the people responsible for training at medical device manufacturers and hospitals in the US, and for advice on entering the market. He did not ask for capital.
A certificate after nine months
The certificate was issued jointly by the Leavey Executive Center of Santa Clara University and TH Deggendorf.
