- Topic: device training in emerging markets.

Why training often comes too late
Many hospitals still train in a seminar room, on fixed dates. Manufacturers’ trainers rarely get to every hospital. New devices are often in use before everyone has been trained on them.
Training on the phone, in the local language
Fracto courses run in the browser, on a phone or on the ward computer. The hospital does not have to install anything. Every course is available in the local language, and completion is recorded for each person.

On the panel and afterwards
After the talk Laurin joined the conference panel. In the breaks he talked to attendees about their devices and about who briefs the staff on site.

The next day at a hospital
On 7 May the delegation visited hospitals in Manila and met the teams there.
